Try give Aeroplan with your ticket number and explain the situation, they should be able to make an adjustment for you given you did pay for a T+ product.
My daughter was booked in T+ from YQL to YYZ. The YYC-YYZ flight was cancelled so they rebooked her on a different flight. The miles only posted as if it was a T fare. I called Aeroplan and she was promptly credited with the correct miles. So follow Andrew's advice and the problem should be fixed.
