IMO, the best thing UA customers can do is to write directly with your concerns about specific product issues - like reduced meal service in premium cabins and reduced flight attendant staffing. Threaten to move your business elsewhere! It worked on the TATL decision and will let them know that we do in fact notice their service reductions.
