Is a DONE valid 12 months from first flight or 12 months from issue?
My parents booked a DONE4 ex ICN through me in June. They now need to postpone, as my mother needs surgery next week for a ruptured tendon in her foot.

They won't be able to go now until at least April due to this and work commitments. The first flight coupon is for October 15, with the last being in March or April of 2009. Can the first flight coupon be changed to October 2009, and the last to March/April 2010? Or is June 2009 the latest they can take the last flight (12 months after issue?)
