True. At first, miles plus cash to sit in Y within Europe seems like madness to the FTer. But £240 for no changes or refunds to BEG, say, and double that for Flex then suddenly £100 plus 10k miles and ability to change or cancel (for a fee) seems a fair deal in these straitened times.
