I was flying from BOS to ORD via CLE a couple of weeks ago. Flight to CLE was delayed so CO booked me on a UA flight to ORD. I ran over to the UA terminal and made the flight. Saw Carolyn Kennedy while going through security! Worked out better since I got in to ORD early, but I had to give up my F seat on the BOS-CLE leg.

Now that 15 days or so have passed, I don't see a mileage credit for my BOS - ORD flight. Am I entitled to any mileage for that flight? Anyone face a similar situation before?
