Was the fee charged on all flights, or only on some? How does the fee show up on the ticket; what is the code for the tax?

I have a ticket on United from BOS to ORD for June and I'm wondering if I can get a refund. I'm unclear on what each tax represents, here are the taxes and accompanying codes that are on the ticket:

Fare USD 146.98
Tax 11.02 US
Tax 7.50 XF
Tax 6.00 ZP
Tax 5.00 AY

Does anyone know if I can get a refund on any of the above-listed taxes? Thanks.
