how many? well, most people in EWR/IAH/CLE are stuck with CO, and CO knows it, that's why they don't care as much as they could.
In the domestic arena CO has a solid advantage in CLE, but certainly not internationally in the non-summer months. Many high fare business travelers based in CLE are tired of the mess in NYC and will have no issue connecting in DTW when going to Europe or Asia, myself included. If I need to connect anyhow, I would rather do it the easy way at a nice terminal with a short flight to get there.
