The CCU-HYD ticket in Business Class has been issued as a part of an international trip and I will have to buy the HYD-BLR-COK legs in Y, either online on the 9W site or through a TA outside India.

Could someone more familiar with 9W please advise on the likely reaction if there is a misconnect? Would they arrange for transportation on other carriers or if there are no alternative flights, would they pay for hotel accommodations etc.?
Whate date are you flying on? Is your CCU-HYD flight 9W511? Is your HYD-BLR flight also 9W511? If it is then most likely you are on a flight that just makes a stop in HYD on its way to BLR and if you have your boarding passes and bags checked through, you might not even need to get off the aircraft at HYD!!

(BTW The Domestic to Domestic MCT at HYD is 30 minutes, so you might be in luck even if it is a connecting flight.
