A great chain for ribs is Houston's. Several levels above anything you could ever get at a TGI Friday's, Chili's, etc.
Renddezvous is only good for dry rub ribs and that's it. There is so much more to BBQ than ribs!
Houston's ribs are good, but man give me a small mom and pop place any day of the week and it's much more enjoyable overall.
