I had the same experience. The limo in London had been booked by my TA, and then I had confirmed it myself whilst in the UK. The car didn't turn up, and dealing with the car company was a total shambles - they were incredibly unprofessional.
I found that 9W's customer services' handling of this afterwards appalling - they were absolutely disinterested, and didn't bother to communicate. I have stopped flying them as a result, because I don't want to fly with an airline that has no interest in dealing with problems if they occur. My next F ticket next week has been bought on BA simply because 9W did not bother to respond and deal with this.
