I have a question related to booking a bassinet for an infant. I'm assuming that this cannot be done via the website, but if I call reservations and they assign a bassinet, is it guaranteed? do I get a seat assignment and an assigned bassinet? or is it just a request and not confirmed?
Someone told me that such requests are not confirmed till airport check-in.
I was surprised at this...even though I request this months in advance, it seems unfair that the real assignment happens at check-in.I'm travelling to INdia from Newark/JFK...any one have any experiences to share?
