Wynn has a policy (whether it's official or not I don't know), but they automatically upgrade EVERYONE to a Panoramic View room if you just ask for it (assuming they have availability). They will not, however, upgrade you from the Resort side to the Tower side, nor will they upgrade you to a suite. You can however negotiate a discounted price to be bumped to a suite - oftentimes for a good 25%-50% off the website rate. As in my previous post, the only suite that's a decent size for the price is Parlor.
