I would take the E- aisle seat anytime over a middle or window E+ seat if that was the choice. I have done so HKG-SFO and reverse a couple of times even on the 747. I guess it's a claustrophobia thing, plus I'm up and down like a toilet seat when in coach. Aisle trumps E+ middle/window every time.
