But since TB can do this on a case by case basis...like they did with the "Mission of the world" charity...

there should be some basic rules:

1) Member must be X yr contributor
2) Member must have x number of posts
3) web site should be selling anything/shopping cart

and any other rules that you wopuld think is fair and just.
