i play a lot in the mgm "system", when i visit vegas. i received an email from an mgm "host", who was assigned to me. i've sent him several emails (if i phone i only get voicemail, and we would wind up playing phone tag), but gotten only one response (in over a month.) i wound up calling vip services directly and booked my rooms (comped up front)--why have a host if you can't get him to help you? should i request a different host?
