Glad to hear of its attributes. Yes, the price does seem excessive ...as is often the case with Four Seasons (starting at around 600 Euros, right?). Sometimes people are suckers to pay the price FS' ask, and sometimes it is more than worth it. It sounds like this property is priced properly.
