Yes, and same as SQ as well. For SQ, problems such as the black screen of death and other serious issues, continue to happen well over a year after implementation on the B777-300ER fleet.

I don't know if CX has the same issue, but I recently was on a CX flight and their new system (looks suspiciously like the Panasonic eX2 system) also had terrible crashes and was unusable for the entire duration of HKG-NRT.
