The only thing I may be concerned about was if you had duplicate BA sectors as, of course, these should all come through as live, confirmed sectors in BA's own system. This could feasibly happen if you have been amending your itinerary in tandem with AA and BA as AA may not have been able to remove certain flights held directly by BA.

So, assuming that you have been booking this itinerary solely through AA, I would concentrate primarily on the booking as seen on aa.com. I would make a note of the Amadeus PNR(s) that contain live space on BA should you need to contact them and, thereafter, would not give this a second thought.
