CNN Headline News has run commercials for an AA Citibank Mastercard with a 10,000-mile bonus for at least a few weeks now. The phone number is 800-451-3113. I don't know the exact terms because I haven't called, but at least it's available to the general public with no codes.

If anyone knows if there's less to this offer than meets the eye, please let us know!
