Enough time in BKK for fittings? BKK/HKT combo? Avoiding sweatshops.

My partner and I are spending three-and-a-half days in Bangkok this fall (an early morning arrival on a Thursday, then an early afternoon departure to Siem Reap on Sunday). Is that enough time for fittings if we're both getting suits and shirts made (and is the weekend an issue for this)? After Siem Reap, we're headed to Phuket for four days, so we could have the final products shipped there if needed. But if that is NOT enough time, I saw one post on here from last November suggesting an initial fitting in Bangkok then final fittings and picking up the product in Phuket. That poster suggested Tom's International in Patong (the poster reported that their affiliate store in Bangkok is called Tony's Fashion House and is on Rangnam Road).

Suggestions? Other shops with Bangkok/Phuket branches? Or is my time in BKK long enough anyway? I'm looking for a cut above the usual tourist tailor and I'm willing to spend accordingly.

I'd also prefer someone who treats their laborers with respect (not the usual sweatshop set up) and am likewise willing to pay accordingly. Or is avoiding sweatshop labor for this sort of thing a fantasy (or does it put me back at U.S.-level prices for custom tailoring)?
