Taxi to Tokyo station and N'EX 1 is the way I'd go.

It's also possible to take a slow train from Shinbashi "Airport Narita" - leaves at 6.06am and reaches Narita Airport at 7.34. (So you leave a few minutes earlier and arrive about 8 minutes later - but save a cab fare and an express train fee).
