The answer I got earlier on the Forum is that a vast numbers of the F lounge are OW emerald not flying in F (or F pax flying on other OW airlines), so the catering/wines/champagne are not top class. As you know BA (and LH in *A) solved that problem by having both a F lounge (for OW emerald) with biz food/wines and a superior Concord lounge (with outstanding wine selection) for their own F pax. Maybe CX will do the same to better treat their F pax.
