Bdjohns1 is right, you'll just have to type in DOMAIN\username (notice it's a back slash).
I was able to get my hands on an iPhone today after about a 3 hour wait. Not too bad, I thought.
Anyway, native exchange works great. I did not even need to put the DOMAIN in. It simply worked with my username. Don't know why but it works perfectly.
If anyone is having trouble getting onto the exchange server, try ignoring the domain.
