Are you sure SQ cancelled the LAX-TPE flight? I am flying on Sept. 25 and the flight is still being sold on its web site.

In the future, those of us who use award ticket to fly to TPE will have to compete with the NRT folks. Other options include LAX-ICN-TPE on OZ or LAX/SFO-NRT-TPE on NH. Award availability on OZ tends to be better than NH.
