I'm pretty sure that the standard way of entering a domain in that case is to put: domain\username in the username box. So, if my windows login is bdjohns1, and I'm logging into the 'flyertalk' domain, I'd put in:
flyertalk\bdjohns1
If you can access your corporate email through ActiveSync on the BJ over the air, then this should probably work.
