I'm not local anymore so I can't book it for you, but I HIGHLY recommend the Tillerman Restaurant near Flamingo and Eastern, very convenient to the Strip. I started eating there when I was in college and always stop by when I am home. I took my mom and her husband there recently for their anniversary and it is still a fantastic spot. For larger groups they have a couple of party rooms but can do smaller groups in the dining room. The atmosphere is soft and the food is fantastic. Prices are competetive and portion sizes are good.
