I was serious about that too. During the DOT's "Determination of Fitness" and while requesting the FAA to grant a "Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity" an airline is required to show how they are going to operate. VX knew they were going to make this objection so they should have disclosed it during this process. Why does VX think they shouldn't operate as every other carrier in this country is required?
