WOW Air Names LGBT Aircraft

To support LGBT rights, WOW Air, Iceland’s budget carrier, has dubbed one of its Airbus A330-300s that will fly to San Francisco from Reykjavik beginning in June as TF-GAY. “We wholeheartedly support queer people’s fight for rights. Just as we support equal rights for everybody, no matter their gender, religion, ethnicity or culture,” said WOW Air CEO Skuli Mogensen.
