Russell Crowe Picks Fight with Virgin Australia, Loses

This is one fight not even Russell Crowe could win.

The Academy Award-winning father of two took to Twitter to express his fury at not being able to check his children’s hoverboards as luggage on a Virgin Australia flight.

NEVER AGAIN. Virgin Australia responded to the angry Les Miserables actor on Twitter, pointing out that hoverboards have a tendency to burst into flames, which is discouraged on international flights.

Crowe hastily fired back a tweet demanding to know why he wasn’t specifically informed that the airline did not allow notoriously combustible novelty toys to be checked in as luggage.

Virgin’s Twitter informed the Gladiator star that information such as “lithium batteries are known to cause raging death infernos” is already available upon ticket confirmation and in pre-flight correspondence.

Crowe is a bully type crybaby who should have known these rules as they have been in place for awhile. Why do his spoiled kids have to fly with their boards anyway? Are they that lazy?

Crowe is an outstanding actor and I love his work - that said, the man is an utter f---kwit - he was extremely obnoxious and persistently harassing to a former flatmate of mine in a pub in Sydney some years ago: this air rage incident is no surprise for such an arrogant jerk-off.
