How quickly do points refund?
Sorry, I'm sure this is out there, but Google wouldn't show it to me.
We have a 1-day pre-cruise stay that was booked right next to the port for convienence. That has just turned into a 3-night stay. Now that we'll have time, I'd like to move to a beach location. However... I need the points from the current reservation back in order to make the 3-day reservation.
The stay is in 3 weeks, hence my question: what is the real world experience for how quickly the points reappear in your account after cancelling? Is it generally immediate as when you book, or is there a delay?
