Is there any chance that WestJet will introduce priority phone queues for Golds

My wait times have been consistently 15 minutes or higher. It's about 2 seconds as a SE100K. I'm waiting for the announcements for Altitude before making up my mind. WJ's long hold times are deplorable.

My hold times with WestJet have pretty much been zero ... all calls have been answered almost immediately. (The same goes for AC, but I'm still E50k with them. I understand calling AC has been a gong show for anyone without Altitude status.)
Based on my experience, I'd say probably not a great need for better a express phone 'queue' for WestJet at this point. It does seem like they're still evolving their Gold program (slowly, mind you) so it could be coming in the future.
After standing in a few slow moving 'real' queues at WestJet check-in counters, though, I'd be happy to see a Gold line there! (It sounds like that's not going to happen, since having such pronounced/different service tiers runs contra to WestJet's culture and brand.)
