Good news finally able to do it online, mobile, or though the kiosk without having to see an agent.

Excellent. I assume you enter your KTN at time of online checkin? I can't see where to enter it in on the "manage my booking" site.

I couldn't see anywhere to put it on your profile or during the booking process so for now I am guessing it's just when you are checking in when you need to enter it.

I'm flying out of LGA in the AM. I entered my KTN at booking and during online check-in. It didn't populate at booking but it did work at check-in. My mobile boarding pass shows TSA Pre-Check.

Excited for my 1st WestJet experience.

To clarify for everyone who may be wondering, the option to add your known traveller number is not currently offered during the booking process on westjet.com, in your WestJet profile or in the manage bookings section. Some 3rd party sites do have the option to add it during the booking process.

When you are checking in via a laptop, mobile device or our app, you can enter your known traveller number there and TSA Precheck info will be added to your boarding pass.

Just wanted to add my experience. Last Saturday, I bought a ticket from LAS to YEG about 6 hours before the flight left. Checked in online and entered my KTN and Pre-check worked perfectly on the boarding pass.
