Yesterday Lyell Farquharson was onboard; grabbed the mic to introduce himself, proceeded to help the crew with service, clean up and offered to answer pax questions. Great to see the teamwork and being open to questions / feedback - I asked about changing some of the annoying online issues and apparently upgrades are coming soon, good to hear. Since making the switch in November I've found the experience to be pretty good, minor annoyances some of which sounds like they'll be rectified.
