PHL US-UA INTL-DOM baggage recheck question
I have 3 checked baggage coming to PHL from BRU on US, followed by UA domestic flight. IIRC, CBP are handled in terminal A while UA terminal D is 15 min walk away.
Do I need to carry all my 3 checked luggage after custom from terminal A to terminal D? It seems the baggage recheck counter after custom only has US agents. By the way, do they provide (free) luggage cart at PHL for INTL arrival pax?

No free luggage carts in PHL. As for rechecking not sure as I terminate in PHL and usually see all domestic connections sent to the recheck luggage area which allows you to stay in the airport and not exit
