Meal Service Times
Quick question. I have LAX -> BNE on VA in business. I've seen some write ups on 8&9 pm flights outbound, with dinner service being right after departure. My flight departs at 11:50 PM, could someone elaborate if dinner service is still immediately after departure?

This is the case on basically all overnight long-haul flights around the world. It is in the interest of all airlines to start preparing dinner right after take-off. Why would they want to reduce their passengers' sleeping time on purpose?
