Partner airlines w/ decent redemption options on VX
Hi there,
I know that Virgin's partner programs are a bit random, and I'm wondering if there is a good option for redeeming awards on VX, specifically for an SJD-SFO flight that is expensive for the day I'm looking.
I know Hawaiian is a partner, and I just got off the phone with Hawaiian. Apparently they only do r/t awards. Their award chart actually isn't terrible, though.
Any other good options out there, especially perhaps transfer partners of Chase or SPG? Thanks!

I personally would transfer SPG to Alaska Mileage Plan or Chase UR to UA MileagePlus miles and redeem for travel on UA (MileagePlus), or AA/AS/AM (from Mileage Plan).
