VX Blocking/Have No Access to Certain SQ J Awards

VX Blocking/Have No Access to Certain SQ J Awards
I don't know if this is a one-off, but I see I and X class on Aeroplan, Lifemiles, and Krisflyer for SIN-BKK but VX can't see it. Does VX have access to all of SQ's I class that's available to other *A partners (or rather is this a SQ or VX's problem)?
