Utilizing ANA to check *A award travel

1.go to ANA International Flight Awards
2.Enter an ANA operated route
3.Click Next
4.at the bottom click on Use Star Alliance Members Airline (2nd blue button from the bottom)
5.in the near future credit something small to ANA to avoid having to do 1-4

I have 1 mile in my account but the *A button is greyed out once again. There's a new note but I don't know how that affects the button.

Just want to note that I was able to successfully use the ANA tool without having any miles. There was a tip on another thread about how to do this. Basically, you start out by booking an award ticket on an ANA route in Asia. When the itineraries come up, there will be an option at the bottom of the screen to use Star Alliance reward or something to that effect. You're then off to the races!
