The shares miles promotion was best value for money at 1.13 cents per mile. The buy / gift promotion is 1.9 cents per mile, so not as good, but may be of value of to someone who wants to top up the 100k miles he/she got from the share miles promotion to make it say 120k miles for round trip say from US to Asia
