LAX-PHX fares up and down and up
Eyeing LAX-PHX fares 3/31 evening outbound, 4/4 early morning return. Fares have fluctuated up and down $20 all day. For example the return fare goes from $39 to $49 up to $59 and back down. What's the reasoning behind this?
Thought I'd wait till Tuesday to book, thinking it might be the cheapest day to book.
Any reason for the up and down? Should I pull the trigger now at a pricey (haha) $108 or hope for the $88 fare to return on Tues.
All in all not a big deal for 20 beans, but thought someone would have intel on this.
