My Dividend Miles Shopping Mall miles are gone!

Did anyone else's Dividend Miles Shopping Mall (not FTD.com) miles are gone? They've been posted for about a week now, all of a sudden this morning they're gone.

Mine are gone too. They were posted a few days ago and they were correct. But suddenly they are gone.

I spoke to 2 reps yesterday, both said they are aware of the issue and it has to do with some stores not posting correctly. They said they are reposting all the miles over the next few days. We'll see what happens...

Just a follow-up, I've been contacted by an extremely helpful individual at Skymall (I'll leave out the names to protect the innocent). S/he explained the situation and assured me it is in the process of being corrected. It should take a few days to complete.

Big ^ to SkyMall. Maybe US can take a lesson in customer service from them.

I was contacted as well. Good to see they're being proactive about it.

Mine are back too - and I also received a follow up email from the FT SkyMall rep. It was so refreshing to see that SkyMall took this seriously and actively pursued the issue. ^ ^ ^ ^ ^

Did SKyMall as part of USAir ShoppingMallcount for Status

Did SkyMall 5miles/1$ promo count for Status miles.
SkyMall is one of the shops at USAir Shopping Mall - and the USAir shopping Mall was definitely in the promo.
