Name issue on US airways ticket
Hi,
I have just checked my airline ticket and have found a problem with my name. I can only assume I rewrote my full name for 'middle name', my name reads (for example) John John Smith Smith. Would this cause an issue when boarding? (I'm travelling UK-US return later this month both with connections in PHL)

While on name issues... Is it usual for US to concatenate first and mlddle names? When issuing an award the agent asked if my middle name appears on my passport which I confirmed is the case. Now my ticket is issued to Johnpeter Smith.
Seems rather odd and I've certainly never seen that before.

Is it true that US cannot add a middle name to a ticket? I'm flying an an international flight booked over the phone, and the reservation does not have my companion's middle name in it. We'd like to add it so she can use her Global Entry pass. Is this possible? The agent on the phone suggested it was not.
