US Airways Mastercard Tour Code
Does anyone have the "tour code" that is included in the annual packet from the US Airways Dividend Miles mastercard? I have the certificate # that I need to book my discounted ticket, but can't find the original mailer that contains the tour code. I'm told I need it to book my $99 companion ticket.
