My miles are GONE!
I just logged into my account this morning using the same username I have always used and my balance is 0. (I had over 400,00) The name on the account is correct but they also changed my dividend miles number to a HP style number. Did this happen to anyone else?

The mileage gnome has been pulling miles out here and there (10k, 30k) for trips that occured over four months ago, but I'm still where I should be more or less...
I've always used my HP number, having merged the US # in about 15 months ago...
Call the DMSC (they should be open now for you east-coasters) - they should be able to straighten it out without much difficulty. Suggest that they give you 50k miles for the inconvenience and "emotional distress" they caused you...
