Glutton for Punishment Roll Call: Who's flying on 3/3?

ORD-LAS bright and early tomorrow morning for me. Gonna be a baptism by fire. Who else is braving the Great Transition of 2012 and traveling on 3/3?

i've got a 7 day long 005 ticket w/ 7 segs and 3 stops before heading inbound originating at 6:45 am ex-BWI on 3/3. also, on mixed sCO/sUA routes. =)

BWI >>> IAH >>> LAX // SNA >>> SFO >>> SEA // SEA >>> PDX // PDX >>> IAH >>> BWI

i know it's out of context, but the following starts repeating in my head as i think about 3/3. "fearlessly the idiot faced the crowd.... smiling."

SFO-IAD-BDL. SFO-IAD redeye tonight, IAD-BDL ~8:20 am or so tomorrow. IAD-BDL upgrade apparently cleared, but after I Checked in. Oddly, the system did allow me to successfully uncheck me in - but now can't assign seats or reprint any BPs.

So now I'm on hold with the 1K desk who's experiencing "higher than normal call volumes." Great start so far?

Getting the kinks out early, I guess. ...at least you're still eligible for upgrades. As a lousy 2P, I was still reminded five or six times at OLCI just now that "As a valued Premier(R) customer, we have automatically requested an upgrade for you. You are currently waitlisted."

Why even bother teasing the lower levels with the prospect of an upgrade--ever--at this point? Those days are over.

3/4 will really be the test as opposed to 3/3

for all of you brave souls flying tomorrow, at least you can print out your boarding pass today. as for me, I am flying on Sunday, 3/4, so I have to wait until tomorrow to print my boarding pass and hope it prints okay - NERVOUS!!!

best of luck to all!

HNL-SFO redeye tonight, connecting to SFO-ORD-PIT. All upgrades confirmed with one CR1. Checked in last night without any issue.

HNL-SFO was rescheduled to depart before the conversion, and hopefully everything is fine when I arrive in SFO at 3:45am! Any idea what to do at that kind of time other than trying to reprint my boarding passes???

I have a EWR-IAH-SEA-EWR mileage run this Saturday 3/3.
CPU on all legs at 5/5/3 days out.
Was able to print the first two boarding passes at T-24 hour mark.

Not expecting any disruptions, but I am always up for some voucher accumulation...
