Exclamation Consolidated New Business Class Seat (Photos, Info, and Rollout) Thread [Merged]

Update on 9/18/07: Ok, I'm lazy and never got around to putting a consolidated thing together. If someone has a good post that they want to display as the first post, then I'm more than happy to put that up here. Just PM me and I'll copy/paste whatever anyone would like. It is plausible at some point I'll have the time to comb through 41 pages of stuff and then figure it all out.

Wow....

Mymiles2go Note (7/23/07): Over the next 24-48 hours I'll go ahead and groom much of the data in this thread to create a bit of a FAQ about the new biz seats on this thread that we can reference for the next...long time. (I.e. Seat Counts, aircraft, etc...)

Thanks!

I can't believe the capacity reductions--huge!

747: 73 seats currently, will be 52.
777: 49 seats currently, will be 40.
767: 32 seats currently, will be 26.

The 747 really copped it, my guess is that they'll probably lose a lot of seats on the UD?

So what's the incentive for someone to purchase F?

Hm, I wonder if the two international 777 configurations will have the same number of C and F seats now.

Wow, that's a big hit in number of seats on the 747.

Do you think they would move F to the upper deck? There should be enough room for the 12 F suites up there.

Service (ha ha!), bigger seat (I'm 6'4", so a 6'4" bed will be cramped), on-ground amenties?

Is the F suite really longer? As for the others, UA will have to do a lot of work on those.

But not surprising. Consensus on FT was always that it would be.
