How to book LH Premium Economy on United ticket stock?

I can attest that on certain itineraries searched through Google Flights, I have been automatically put in LH Premium Economy when the fare was high enough. For example, booking SFO-MUC about 2 weeks before departure.
The flight choice will show "premium economy" at the end of the flight selection process. Then passing it over to the UA site then ticketed it as E class.
I do not know how to force it to do this however.

Update!
I called the Premier Line hoping to book BOS-BCN-BOS in LH N Class (Premium Economy) in May and had no trouble doing so. I was issued the LH PE ticket on UA stock (016-XXX). Definitely surprised.

Most definitely possible to book PE on 016 ticket stock. Getting an agent to do this w/o at least one UA-op segment in there is an entirely different story.

UA C and LH PE combinable fares LAX-DEL/DXB-LAX
I'm trying to book a fare I found on ITA
LAX-EWR-DEL in UA P class (discount business)
DXB-FRA-LAX in LH N class (discount premium economy)
I find fares that according to the rules are combinable but when I call UA they quote thousands of dollars more.
I could book on UA.bomb with a return in V class on UA flight numbers but that would be a painful trip and for the same price...
Any ideas on how I can get this priced and booked like this?

What dates/flights are you looking at? I can try to price it in Sabre plated on 016 to see if there's a reason why UA can't get the ITA price.
I checked by picking some random dates with that itinerary/booking class, and I am able to combine a LH N-fare (NK46NCE) with a UA P-fare (PNC5NS) and plate to 016:
Perhaps on the days you're looking the LH N-fare has restrictions that it has to be on LH stock?
Unfortunately, I've never seen an UA-coded LH-operated flights that offer the G, E, or N buckets.
