This, ladies and gentlemen, is the very essence of Project Quality! Could UA have possibly conjured up a more duplicitous nickname for its latest cut-to-the-bone cost reduction scheme?

LOL - everything you see on that tray cost's more than UA spends on it's entire meal service. Emirates is willing to INVEST to attract a premium customer, UA - not so much...

Good catch OP. I noticed this last week but didn't think to post it as I figured it was a one off. 2 grapes and really weak crackers along with the cheese. The cheese itself even seemed relatively more ordinary than usual. Gourmet-friendly!

Mushrooms
We need a Mushroom thread to go along with the Limes and Grapes threads
Actually, the mushrooms were the first to go. The past 3 times I've had the Mushroom Soup, there were no mushrooms in it. Just a brown glop of mushroom flavored sodium chloride goo. It used to be my favorite of their soups.

Here is an idea for SMI/J for more cost cutting. I typically skip cheese on UA BF, I don't eat cheese, just eat the grape. But please tell FAs to spare me comments like "what a waste of fine food!". I don't need to hear that. Thank you.

In my view there is truly nothing sadder or lonely than two grapes on a plate, have spent their whole life in a bunch there must be by convention at least for a minimum three or four...some were not even connected by stalk and rolled around like lost marbles, it was sad to watch.

The cynicism and disdain for the customer just shines through.
