I like it! (The ATL SFO route)

Wonder what else UA might do with DL's encroachment on to UA's territory (the West Coast).

Finally some good new service.

Though if this is really a knock on DL, UA should continue to shore up LAX. DL probably has a combined 20 flts on these new routes so UA will be up against Goliath.

Wow. While I appreciate the extra options at MSP, I refuse to fly 4 hours/1536 mi on a CRJ-700. I will continue to fly SY on this route and pay the $119 extra for the upgrade when desired.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 7_0_2 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/537.51.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/7.0 Mobile/11A501 Safari/9537.53)

LAX-MSP on CRJ? You know, if UA served real food in F it wouldn't be bad. But finally nice to see direct ATL service from SFO.

Is 1536 mi the longest CRJ flight UA has now with this addition?

If theyre going to do 2x LAX-MSP, why not 2x SFO-MSP yet? Geez.

I tried to do the math in my head and completely messed up the time zones. I agree that time in the CR7 is an extreme stretch. DL will run UA off the route if UA wants to maintain RJ service.

Did the site forget to load the apparent second LAX-MSP frequency? I cannot possibly imagine having 2 frequencies for this and only one from SFO.

That's a brutal flight on a CRJ.

The second frequency is there. I did a random check for May 16th and both flights were available for purchase...

thanks. Maybe its starting later, checked a few days in April and couldn't find it. It'd be nice to get 2 frequencies at SFO.

I'm not finding any 2nd frequencies for the date you mentioned there. Just the 6 AM MSP-LAX, and the 6 PM LAX-MSP return.

I copied the schedule straight from a booking session on united.com ~45 minutes ago; but you're right, a second frequency isn't showing now for me, either. I'm don't know much about the processes of loading schedule additions to SHARES, or how long it takes for the changes to be fully reflected, but I encourage you to check back again later this weekend.

Yeah sometimes they are a bit slow with these things. I'm still trying to wrap myself around 1.5K mile CRJ flights...

Maybe it will move up the E175 when those are available?

On a CR7? No thanks.
