I don't know about the history of earning miles on Jet but I flew them in June and earned only RDM (no PQM). You also don't get status based bonus RDM with Jet flights or 500 mile minimums.

earning miles on Jet Airways (9W)
Partnership with Jet has always only earned RDM. Note that in addition, there are several fare classes that are non-earning, so if you are looking for RDM, be careful there.
Better then then with Aeroplan though, where only AC codeshares with Jet earn AP miles. With UA, at least you can use basically any 9W flight.

Earning miles on Jet Airways SFO-LHR
I want to fly a Jet Airways codeshare 9W 5431 on United metal to LHR and then connect onto a flight to India on Jet Airways metal. The United website says "Flight from Toronto or New York/Newark to Brussels and on to India (other flights from North America are excluded from earning miles)" but their representative says I will earn MP miles
Does anyone have actual experience with earning miles on this transatlantic flight?
Thanks.

You will earn on both segments. The SFO-LHR is on UA metal so you'll earn under those rules. The LHR-India will earn based on the 9W rules as art of "all other international flights."
Earning for the first flight will be revenue-based as it is UA-operated. For the second flight it will be distance/fare based earning from the second chart at http://www.united.com/CMS/en-US/Mark...spx?ItemId=437.
